Why is your Community Important?

• They help shape and mold your mindset, beliefs, ideas, and philosophies
• They give you mentorship and guidance to accelerate your progress
• They inspire you, motivate you, and encourage you.  When you see other people doing great things, it makes you want to do great things too!

What Happens if you don't intentionally surround yourself with great people?

• You get dragged down to their level in life
• You become guilty by association.  Their reputation bleeds off onto you
• You settle for less than you are capable of

How can you improve your surroundings?

• Create your own community of growth-minded people

• Go to networking events
